Adrian is a L&D professional with a huge amount of experience to draw upon when helping both teams and individuals achieve goals and objectives. Adrian has 26 years’ experience of working in and leading high-performance teams in the public and private sector. As an executive coach he brings a unique perspective to clients, drawing on his background as a police officer and close protection operative. Adrian managed the global associate and partner development programmes at Freshfields for 5 years and has a deep knowledge of the legal sector.
