BARBRI
BARBRI’s Preparation for Practice course, which sits alongside its SQE modules, incorporates the O Shaped Mindset and O Shaped Attributes.
In the US, BARBRI continues to be a household name in legal education. The US BARBRI team supported the preparation and publishing of our O Shaped US GC report - Human & Business Skills for a Customer Centric Legal Profession - which you can download here.
BPP University Law School
The BPP Essentials for Practice Programme which sits alongside the SQE, has been designed with the O Shaped Mindset and Attributes integrated throughout.
General Counsel inputted content during the design of the programme, meaning students gain a significantly better appreciation of the client perspective that ever before.
In 2023, we announced an extension to our relationship with BPP to bring O Shaped into their Solicitor Apprenticeship Programme.
Browne Jacobson
Browne Jacobson was the first law firm to partner with O Shaped in May 2022. Since then, they have embraced O Shaped as way of working across the firm with their increasingly popular ‘Advance to O’ programme which brings O Shaped to fee earners and business professionals across the firm.
Throughout 2023, we have taken our partnership to a new level, embedding O Shaped as a way of working internally with their people as well as externally with their clients.
Together, we are delivering half day value creation workshops, supporting in house teams to harness their data to measure and demonstrate the value of the in house legal function.
The College of Legal Practice
The College of Legal Practice was the first law school to partner with O Shaped and in doing so, we co-designed and developed the first ever official O Shaped Lawyer programme which is available to all pre and newly qualified legal practitioners and attracts 20 Credits at FHEQ Level 7 for an LLM in Legal Practice.

DAMAR Training
Damar Training are specialists in legal apprenticeship training, having played a critical role in the development of the Legal Admin, Paralegal and Chartered Legal Executive Apprenticeships.
In 2022, following a successful pilot programme together, Damar Training and O Shaped partnered to bring the O Shaped Mindset and Attributes to life as part of their paralegal apprenticeship programme.
Dentons
In February 2023, Dentons became the first global law firm to partner with O Shaped.
Our relationship spans the UK, Ireland and Middle East offices as we bring the O Shaped Mindset and Attributes to life with Denton’s relationship teams and clients alike.
We work closely with Denton’s Client and Markets team so we can start to embed O Shaped as a way of working with clients.
The Law Society of Scotland
We joined forces with the Law Society of Scotland to design a bespoke O Shaped Lawyer module to complement the series of trainee CPD offerings from the Law Society.
The O Shaped Lawyer Module is 10 hours of CPD and takes participants through the 5 Os of Open, Original, Opportunity, Ownership, and Optimism and the 12 O Shaped Attributes.
