Introduction

Welcome to the O Shaped Academy – a series of free training sessions to help junior in house team members develop the core skills you need to excel in a changing legal profession. 

The sessions are divided into 5 modules reflecting the 5Os as well as an introductory session which takes place on 23rd June 2026.  Each module comprises 2 on-line sessions each lasting 45-60 minutes. 

Our sessions will give you real-life practical examples you can use straight away.

For every module you complete you will get an e-certificate of completion and, if you complete them all, you will graduate the O Shaped Academy programme.
