Introduction

Welcome to the O Shaped Academy – a series of free training sessions to help you develop the core skills you need to excel in your career in a changing legal profession.  Now more than ever, in-house legal teams are having to demonstrate the value they bring to their business, and we want to help you excel in your chosen career. 

The sessions are divided into 5 modules for each of the 5 Os as well as an introductory session that will give you some background about why what you will learn is more important now than ever before.  Each module comprises 2 sessions.  Each session will be on-line and last for 45 minutes to one hour. 

Our sessions will give you practical examples to go away and use straight away.

For every module you complete, you will get a  badge confirming that you have completed 1/5th of the programme and, if you complete them all, you will get a certificate of completion for the O Shaped Academy course.
