The O Shaped RFP Toolkit

A key part of the O Shaped mission of making the legal profession better, is to improve the relationship between law firms and in-house teams.  

Businesses which have a joined-up team of internal and external counsel will gain significant benefits over those with more traditional and transactional buyer/supplier relationships.

Until now, buyers of legal services haven’t placed collaboration front and centre in their tender process but have largely focused on previous experience and hourly rates, not on what a great law firm/client partnership could look like. 

So, in consultation with leaders across the in-house legal community, we’ve developed a new O Shaped toolkit to help embed the O Shaped Mindset and Attributes from the outset of a relationship, leading to a deeper, more value-creating and long-term partnership.
