Alexis Caught is a mental health, leadership and strategy consultant. A registered psychotherapist, Alexis works with patients within the UK's National Health Service. He psychotherapeutic training connects with his years of experience working within, and consulting for, law firms to understand the symbiotic relationship between employee and institutional performance and wellbeing, making the economic business case for a new form of mental health aware leadership for the 21st century to protect both profits and people. He is co-author of the Harvard Law case study on business development for professional service firms (HLS 15-12) and has lectured at universities such as The London School of Economics (LSE), St Gallen, and the University of Cambridge.
