Alice Hardiman
Commercial Contracts Analyst at Serco
Alice joined Serco in August 2018 and began her career in the Group Legal Department in January 2020. Alice spent 3 years supporting the in-house Procurement function and specialising in supply side contracting, but moved to the Commercial Contracts team in January 2024 as a Commercial Contracts Analyst. Alice is currently studying via the CILEx route, with the end goal to qualify as a lawyer. Alice is very passionate about the O-Shaped values and ensuring they are integrated throughout the legal profession. She is a keen advocate of influencing change in traditional legal ways of working and supporting alternative qualification routes.
