Archanna Ramu started her legal career in private practice in 2005, specialising in Corporate/M&A. Her in-house legal career commenced in 2012 within the asset management industry with BlackRock (the world’s largest asset manager) as well as Stepstone (a global private markets firm) acting as Deputy General Counsel to their global infrastructure business. Archanna is currently Senior Legal Counsel with Invesco (a global asset manager with US$1.48tn in AuM). She has recently embarked on a client facing business role, on secondment as Director in Invesco’s EMEA Key Account Management team responsible for advising the C-suite/executive leadership on the firm’s strategic partnerships. Archanna has worked internationally in Paris, Piraeus, London and Zurich.
Archanna is a DEI advocate and passionate about driving change for women of colour and neurodiverse individuals in law and industry.
