Ben is an advocate for the ability of data and technology to revolutionise how legal services are provided. He firmly believes in the opportunities presented by new and emerging advances in technology in delivering both business efficiency for professional firms, and improved interaction with legal services for consumers.
After several years focusing on modernising processes for commercial conveyancing clients, in 2019 Ben’s focus shifted to the challenges faced by professional Executors, Deputies and Attorneys supporting their clients through bereavement or court of protection matters.
He helped to launch Estatesearch, with the goal of combining data and technology from across the financial, legal and property sectors to help support better access to estate information for private client practitioners and their clients.
Ben is passionate about helping legal professionals embrace tech led solutions to improve efficiency, reduce risk and deliver a better client experience. He thrives on examining challenges faced by professional firms and then collaboratively developing solutions to help them overcome them.
