Carrie Fletcher
Head of O Shaped Faculty
Carrie is a leadership and strategy consultant and former practicing attorney. She is the Global Head of the O Shaped Faculty. She is an Affiliate Instructor at Harvard Law School where she works with law firms and legal departments to develop tailored leadership programming. She is also a Research Fellow with the Leadership Institute at London Business School (LBS) where she develops case studies and leadership-related projects and provides team-based leadership instruction to Masters students and LBS internal teams.
