Charlie is a Senior Paralegal in the Regulatory Department at Kingsley Napley. She began her career as a CILEx Paralegal through the apprenticeship scheme at the Financial Conduct Authority, gaining valuable experience and insights into both in-house and private practice roles.
As a socially mobile individual, Charlie is passionate about her favorite “O” – Opportunity. She believes it is not only essential to remain open to opportunities but also to actively create and share them to uplift others. This belief underpins her dedication as an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), as well as social mobility, with a particular focus on promoting non-traditional routes into the legal profession.
Charlie is an active member of the City of London Law Society Training Committee and the Communications Committee of the City of London Solicitors' Company, where she works to increase accessibility to the legal profession for individuals from all backgrounds.
