Christine is a forward-thinking legal operations professional known for her strategic, people-centred approach to fostering continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency within legal teams. With over a decade of experience in the legal industry, she holds an MBA and excels at delving into complex problems, crafting data-driven, user-focused solutions, and guiding process improvement to enhance productivity and engagement.  Her leadership and dedication have recently earned her significant accolades such as Cambridgeshire Law Society’s ‘Outstanding Legal and Business Support Services Staff Member of the Year’ and ‘Higher/Degree Level Apprentice of the Year’ from the University of Cambridge.

Beyond her core legal operations role, Christine is deeply passionate about promoting wellbeing and inclusivity, regularly taking an active role in cross-functional initiatives outside the legal team that drive meaningful positive change at an organisational level. She is a strong advocate for social mobility and, as a mentor and coach, dedicates herself to leading by example and developing talent both internally and within the wider legal community, encouraging others to take charge of their personal and professional development.

Christine has recently joined the global legal operations team at JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle), having previously spent over 7 years establishing a legal operations function within the University of Cambridge’s in-house legal team.
