David Sheldon

David is a qualified executive coach and facilitator.

For thirteen years until April 2022, David was the General Counsel Europe of Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank.  David spent more than 20 years as an international lawyer in which time he  lived and worked in New York, Hong Kong, London, and Australia.   Prior to joining Credit Agricole, after a brief spell at Lehman Brothers, David worked in private practice including at Slaughter and May, Ashurst and as an equity Partner at Fried Frank which included overseeing the opening of the Firm’s offices in Honk Kong and Shanghai.

David contributes to various executive education programs at the Moller Institute, Churchill College, Cambridge University and the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership, University of Cambridge.

David now works with professional service clients, either individually or with teams, to drive greater effectiveness and engagement – he has a particular interest in enabling great client relationships with external or internal clients.

David is a long-term advocate for Diversity & Inclusion having experienced first-hand the ongoing progress in the legal profession particularly in the LGBTQ+ space.
