Emma is the sole Legal Counsel (UK&I) for SD Worx. Alongside her full-time role, Emma runs In-house Potter, an online initiative challenging lawyer stereotypes and sharing the realities of working in law. Emma is a strong believer that the legal industry needs to adapt to attract and retain the talent it needs, and is working hard to make an impact in this way.
