The O Shaped Pilots
In 2020/21, we ran 7 pilots between leading law firms and some of the most progressive in-house teams in the UK. The pilots demonstrated that there is a more collaborative way of working between law firms and their clients which builds trust, enhances relationships and creates more value for the end user.
In September 2021, we published a report highlighting the learnings from the pilots. The report contains actions that you can take straight away to become a more O Shaped team.
