Kenny heads the Outsourcing, Technology & IP legal team at Natwest, having joined the bank in 2006, following roles in private practice and as sole in-house counsel at Graham Technology plc. His team regularly supports some of the largest outsourcing and technology transactions in the UK and is heavily involved in the role of emerging technology in the practise of law. He has embedded a progressive culture in his team, focused on inclusivity, growth and curiosity, creating a strong platform to provide great customer experience for stakeholders. He is the Chair of the Law Society of Scotland’s Wellbeing Steering Group, an Innovation Coach at Law Without Walls and a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management. He has been recognised as In-House Lawyer of the Year at the Law Awards of Scotland and the Scottish Legal Awards and his team recently was named the 2023 In-House Team of the Year at the Scottish Legal Awards.
