Laura is a Chartered Trade Mark and Design Attorney and CEO at Springbird. Springbird was founded with the sole purpose of effecting change in the IP industry. Change that allowed it to provide clients with the service they deserved, in a simple, transparent and effective way.
Having tried to implement various transformation programmes at a large IP firm and having watched the slow progress and inability to make decisions, change or adapt, Laura left ‘big law’ with plans to change this archaic industry and streamline age-old processes that made no sense and were failing clients.
2 years on, she created Springbird; a business built to do things differently and to operate on the following fundamental values:

With over a decade of experience in the protection, enforcement and exploitation of her client’s IP rights, Laura is on a mission to modernise and transform the IP sector, and is the creator of Springbird’s subscription service.
