Lisa is a Director and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney at Springbird, a disrupter in the IP field through the offering of IP advice and support to its clients via its revolutionary subscription service. Lisa has played a pivotal role in the firm’s growth, culture and strategic direction.

 After many years at a large patent and trade mark attorney firm, Lisa wanted more for her clients, colleagues and herself and was motivated to help create a different kind of practice: one that prioritises collaboration, transparency and a genuinely human approach to client service alongside the delivery of excellent legal advice.

 Lisa is known for her calm, thoughtful leadership style and her commitment to creating an environment where individuals feel supported and empowered to do their best work. She cares deeply about the wellbeing of those within the profession and is passionate about showing that it is possible to build a successful, growing legal business without sacrificing kindness or balance.
