Luscinia is an experienced General Counsel (currently GC at Water Direct) with over 20 years’ experience of working in house as a commercial lawyer, across various sectors including catering and hospitality, retail, manufacturing and car rental. Her background is in corporate law, having trained and qualified with Hogan Lovells Cadwalader. During her in-house career, she has worked as part of a larger team, as sole in-house lawyer and built and led teams of up to 16 lawyers and non-lawyers. She is passionate about the O, and specifically about developing team members’ and clients' O Shaped Skills, through training, coaching and mentoring, as well as supporting students and apprentices with their learning and development of O Shaped skills alongside their technical and practical learning.
