Luscinia is an experienced Director of Legal & Compliance / GC with over 17 years’ experience of working in house as a commercial lawyer, across various sectors including catering and hospitality, retail and manufacturing. Her background is in corporate law, having trained and qualified with Hogan Lovells. During her in-house career, she worked as part of a larger team, as sole in-house lawyer and have built and led a team of 8 lawyers and non-lawyers. She is passionate about the O and developing team members’ O Shaped Skills, as well as supporting students and apprentices with their learning and development of O Shaped skills, alongside their technical and practical learning.
