Natasha Doulia

Natasha serves as Associate General Counsel at KPMG LLP, where she is integral to the in-house legal team. Her and the team she sits in are responsible for a wide range of critical areas, including strategic projects, corporate transactions, procurement and outsourcing, as well as support for tax, finance, and facilities functions. Additionally, they manage the IP portfolio, oversees partner and team hires and exits, and handles non-client litigation, insurance matters, sanctions, data protection, and financial crime compliance.
Prior to joining KPMG in 2014, Natasha practiced as an M&A lawyer at a leading magic circle law firm. Since her arrival at KPMG, she has successfully led a variety of complex projects and looked after and mentored a number of team members. From 2015 to 2018, Natasha served as Company Secretary (setting up the company’s first secretariat function), and between 2019 and 2020, she worked closely with the Chief Risk Officer on several pivotal matters, enhancing the firm's risk management initiatives and changes to the target operating model. Most recently, from 2021 to 2023, she served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and COO of KPMG Europe, Middle East, and Africa, where she spearheaded numerous complex international special projects.
