Rochelle is a Paralegal (Copyright & AI) at The Birdella Group, where she supports the development of Thelonious, its human-verified intelligence platform. She also contributes to policy work at the intersection of law, technology, and regulation. In addition to O Shaped’s Future Board, Rochelle is the Founder of Byte Sized Legal and also serves on the Operational and Executive Committees at the Association of British Tamil Lawyers.

Passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion in the legal profession, Rochelle has led and contributed to initiatives aimed at widening access and supporting underrepresented groups in law, particularly during her time at university. Her achievements include being a targetjobs UK ‘Future Lawyer of the Year’ Finalist (2023) and a Next 100 Years ‘Law Student of the Year’ Nominee (2024), reflecting her commitment to advancing inclusion and driving meaningful change within the profession.

Her favourite “O” is Opportunity, and she believes in the importance of turning challenges into pathways that empower individuals to build a more inclusive, forward-thinking legal industry.
