Sabrina Pervez is a legal-tech leader, lawyer and recognised advocate for diversity, social mobility and responsible innovation in the legal industry. She is best known as the founder of Women in Legal AI, a community she created after recognising the lack of spaces for women to connect, learn and lead in the fast-emerging legal AI ecosystem. What began as a grassroots initiative has since grown into a highly engaged network, supported by collaborations with organisations such as AllBright.
Professionally, Sabrina was an early mover into legal AI, pivoting from her career in private practice at Linklaters and Travers Smith, into the space well before it became mainstream. Known for her commercial astuteness and strategic foresight, she is currently leading growth efforts as Regional Director, EMEA at SpotDraft.
She now regularly shares her expertise through speaking engagements - including the Women in Private Markets Summit and at Crafty Counsel, alongside webinars and thought leadership on trust in AI, and diversity in law.
Alongside her career, Sabrina is deeply committed to social impact. She volunteers regularly for mock interview and career days in schools, and serves as a trustee of Inner Spark, a charity delivering mental health workshops in schools. She is also a Barnardo’s Childhood Champion and previously sat on the board of Bounce Alzheimer’s Therapy.
Sabrina was shortlisted for Under 35 Lawyer of the Year at the Inspirational Women in Law Awards 2021 and founded a podcast: "All Rise?" featuring interviews with lawyers from diverse backgrounds.
