Sari Kaipiainen

Dr Sari Kaipiainen is a Business and Behavioural Psychologist. She has 18 years of in-house and consultancy experience leading design and delivery of strategic OD and people related business solutions through the application of behavioural science. She has worked both in the private and public sectors including complex matrix organisations. Sari is also a Chartered Psychologist and an Affiliate member of the British Psychological Society, as well as a member of both the Occupational Psychology Division and the Coaching Division of the Society. She is an Executive Coach and an expert psychometrics user and profiler. Sari now focuses her consultancy on projects with an ethos for inclusivity and sustainable behavioural change. She has a deep interest in neuroscience and the application of this continuously evolving body of knowledge in her work.
