Sue Manik is a seasoned Legal Operations Professional with over 25 years of experience. Currently, she is leading Supplier Strategy, Knowledge, and Learning at Standard Chartered Bank, reporting directly to the Legal Chief of Operations. As the Head of Supplier Relationships, Legal, Sue brings a unique perspective from her extensive background working with both In-house Counsel and in Private Practice.

 At Standard Chartered, Sue leverages her expertise to develop and enhance supplier strategies and knowledge initiatives. She is also a passionate advocate of the O Shaped movement, promoting a more holistic and human centric approach within the legal profession. Before joining Standard Chartered, she was Head of Clients at Addleshaw Goddard, where she led the key account programme and collaborated with the Executive Team to define the strategic approach towards clients. Her work involved client listening, feedback trend analysis, and close cooperation with partners.

 Sue has spearheaded several key strategic projects, including establishing Legal Panels, providing Legal Project Management training, and designing the organisational structure of legal functions.
