At O Shaped our vision is a world where ‘people first’ really matters.

The O List will showcase those individuals (the O Listers) who are making this happen.

If you know someone who works in the legal industry and who lives and breathes one or more of the 5 Os, please complete the form below.

Open - They are open, genuine and authentic and put people at ease.

Original - They come up with new ideas to showcase the talents of their team and/or their colleagues or peers.

Opportunity - They create opportunities so others can thrive or stand out.

Ownership - They go above and beyond to support others’ success.

Optimism - They inspire people around them with their positive, can-do approach.

If selected by an independent panel of general counsel, they will appear in the annual O List and their story will be shared across the industry.
